Info Highlight 服务条款

Info Highlight 浏览器扩展及其云端分析服务由个人开发者 Qingyun Dong（Info Lens，https://info-lens.app）运营。使用即表示同意本条款。

  1. 服务：扩展用语言模型在网页和 PDF 上标出信息量大的词。本机分析免费；云端分析按额度计费。
  2. 额度与购买：无需账号，额度记在扩展生成的 API Key 上，请自行保存。额度包一次性购买，无订阅、不自动续费。额度自购买起 12 个月有效。价格、点数、有效期和使用规则以购买时的说明为准，可能调整。部分订单由 Waffo Pancake 作为记录商户（Merchant of Record）销售，同时适用其条款。
  3. 退款：额度属于数字服务，购买后原则上不退款。重复扣款、已付款未到账、所购额度完全未使用的，可在付款后 7 天内发邮件申请。
  4. 使用规范：不得批量刷接口、转售额度、攻击或干扰服务，或用于违法用途。违反时作者可以限制服务。
  5. 免责：服务按现状提供，结果可能不准确，不保证不中断。在法律允许范围内，作者的责任以你实际支付的金额为限。
  6. 变更：作者可以调整条款、价格和服务。如停止云端服务，会提前公告，并退还未用完额度对应的款项。

Info Highlight Terms of Service

Effective: October 17, 2026

The Info Highlight browser extension and its cloud analysis service are operated by Qingyun Dong, an individual developer (Info Lens, https://info-lens.app). By using them, you agree to these terms.

  1. Service: The extension uses a language model to highlight informative words on web pages and PDFs. Local analysis is free; cloud analysis uses credits.
  2. Credits and purchases: No account is needed. Credits belong to the API key generated by the extension; please keep it safe. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription or auto-renewal. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Prices, credit amounts, validity and usage rules are as described at purchase and may be adjusted. Some orders are sold by Waffo Pancake as Merchant of Record, whose terms also apply.
  3. Refunds: Credits are a digital service and are in principle non-refundable. For a duplicate charge, payment without credits received, or completely unused credits, email the author within 7 days of payment.
  4. Acceptable use: Do not abuse the API, resell credits, attack or disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully. The author may restrict access if you do.
  5. No warranty: The service is provided as is; results may be inaccurate and availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the author's liability is limited to the amount you paid.
  6. Changes: The author may change these terms, prices and the service. If the cloud service is shut down, the author will announce it in advance and refund the value of unused credits.
